Since 2002, I am a consultant and transaction manager for institutional real estate and
finance investors in the area of commercial and residential properties.
My specialization is
- to be permanent at command as service provider and contact person for the principal's parties
involved in the project, which are the managing director, asset and portfolio managers,
attorneys, engineers, researcher, property valuers and notary
- to coordinate the entire process of the purchaser or vendor due diligence for single transaction
or portfolio transaction, until notarization or settlement of purchase price/ economical
transition of property or enrolment of the new landlord into land register/ legal transition of
property
- to examine and analyse in regard of economical, legal and fiscal aspects contracts like:
- Tenancy agreements
- Real estate purchase agreements and
- Building lease contracts
- Real estate purchase options
- to negotiate in detail and conclude tenancy agreements, especially for key and single
tenants
- to gather, update and analyse continuously the relevant property data from purchaser, vendor and
local authorities, and to distribute without delay the current data to the principal's parties
involved
- to assess a proper real estate value for marketing
- to acquire and market single properties and real estate portfolios
